At Moonbean Chocolate, Joy guides you from fresh cocoa pod tasting to roasting, winnowing, grinding, and tempering. You will tour the cocoa garden, make a spicy Aztec drink, add toppings to your own bar, and take it home. The two-hour English session costs $29 per person.
